We are finished writing our island stories! To celebrate, we read our stories and showed our island maps to Ms. Fleckenstein's grade 1 class! Student led conference forms were sent home today. Here is some information about how they will run this time around. See you on March 25th and 26th! Please make plans to join your child for a student-led conference. Student-led conferences are an alternative to traditional parent-teacher interviews. The format for our conference night is this:
Just a friendly reminder that this is your Grade 3 child’s time to shine; please make other arrangements for siblings so that your child can have your full attention. Other families will be participating at the same time, so please honor this request. Wow! We are all so excited to have new books in our classroom library! St. Patrick's bought about 55 new books for us! There are a ton of non-fiction books- National geographic and encyclopedias, as well as some fiction books- Littlest Pet Shop, Lego and Fly Guy!
How blessed are we? |
